1993. gada rudenī pa šo ielu ar velosipēdu
brauca pensionāre, kurai uz bagāžnieka
bija grozs ar sēnēm, un domāja: “Vārīt zupu
vai apcept ar sviestu un sīpoliem? Vārīt zupu
vai apcept ar sviestu un sīpoliem?... Izlemts –
pusi izvārīšu, pusi apcepšu. Kompromisus tomēr
ir jāmāk atrast.”

rode her bicycle down this street with a basket
of mushrooms on her bike rack and thought:
